    Are there any servers with a hardware RAID controller and cache SSDs? Ideally with three SSDs—two in RAID 1 for system use, and one used as cache for HDDs, plus 4×16TB HDDs or more, and a 10G network port.

    No, for hardware raid you need a bigger server.
    Budget needs to be increased to 200 Euros approx.

    We are planning for 12x16TB + 2x1.92TB NVMe
