Marseille is not the right place to host servers.
Latency, poor ping or bandwith to major providers.
As long it's not resolved i wouldn't host there.
Check route/looking glass (ko.) to see.
130ms to Singapore, amazing shit, if it's not good for you, doesn't mean it's not for others.
submarine cable landing in southern France offers excellent routing to Singapore.

Compare with whom? Which other providers in the same price range have a Marseille location to serve as a benchmark? Why would you subject the performance of Marseille to the standards of another location that are not even physically close by?
Maybe you should post the traceroute to the IP that you're having trouble with here or send them to Ouiheberg instead of posting overly vague and cryptic new threads and messages... ffs.
It is true that sometimes the routing isn't ideal, but shit happens with any network. BGP is not commonly smart enough to know that one aspath that is seemingly shorter, actually takes a longer physical route. Depending on the availability of an alternate outbound, they may reroute your traffic with a more direct route. This was actually what happened with my Hosthatch VPS in SGP (GSL network) earlier that I've posted in the first page of the thread. @ouiheberg promptly had the path optimized from 156ms to 133ms.
Tell me how many other LE providers give a shit about a mere 20ms optimization?
Also based in Singapore and loving the low latency for Europe. Very happy so far!
