I have checked leasedwev plans is good but issue is port 25 my some client use webmail for thier website and contact forms if the port blocked then how the webmail will work?
I thought SMTP port was 465 and TLS was 587, why are you making a fuss about port 25?
Are you sure if 25 port is block tls and ssl port will work for clients?
In my experience, different ports will of course mean different services are allowed.
It would be odd if port 25 were blocked and then other ports were blocked as well.
But if in doubt, please contact your provider directly.

There's no hard limit set.
If you’re using around 2TB/mo its fine.
But if you’re pushing something like 30TB while others are using much less, we’d probably ask you to move to a different plan or provider. It’s just subject to fair use.
