I think you had replied prematurely, tickets are actively being answered, but our outbound SMTP relay (MailChannels) has a large queue right now (~500 emails sitting there, queued).

    Basically Dedicated - 16 GB Memory / 8 vCores / 200 GB NVMe

    • Disk speed is so-so
    • Network is capped to 1Gb Down / 5Gb Up for the 1st 90 days (they should write it clear on the product page imho). Anyway even if I can't have an idea of the network speed performance but the ping is nothing special.

I dont think I will renew. cancelled the service

It's the $10/month plan. But it's not about money, but about the offer and the promises. Customer respect starts here (I think!).

It's not a big deal though... there are plenty of dealz out there! :)

So far I am happy with Terabit. If you have some proper drama to share with regards to customer respect, please open a thread and provide some screenshots. A proper LET drama is always welcome, so please back your statements with actual proof.

These are powered by AMD EPYC, those would deploy usually on either 7402P or 7742s depending on the location.

  • I’m curious about your services. Do you offer any yearly deals? If it’s a monthly payment, I wonder if you have any special promotions for the LET community.

We do have some deals on yearly depending on what plan you're after -- what are you looking for in what location? I'll see what we can do for you

Don't worry, I'm not looking for drama or arguments. I'm calm, I was just pointing out that more information on the product I purchased would be appreciated.

    Peace & love ;)

I'm a big fan of self-hosting and I run a bunch of services such as my personal website, some fun apps, and other tools that are all using Docker compose containers. My current setup is starting to feel a bit cramped, especially with storage and RAM, so it's officially time for an upgrade.

My ideal setup looks something like this:

    • A powerful KVM VPS or a budget-friendly Dedicated Server.
    • Anywhere in the United States or a major hub in Asia would be perfect.
    • The Core Specs:

      • CPU: 4+ cores. I'm partial to AMD, but I'm happy with a solid Intel chip too!
      • At least 16 GB of RAM.
      • 80 GB or more for the storage. A speedy SSD would be amazing, but I'm also open to a larger HDD.
    • The Nice-to-Haves:

      • I just need one reliable IPv4 address.
      • Bonus Points: Built-in DDoS protection and IPv6 connectivity would be fantastic extras, but they're definitely not deal-breakers.

My target budget is under $20 per month. I'm perfectly fine with a monthly plan, but I would be thrilled to pay for a full year upfront, especially if it helps me lock in a great deal.

If you have a server that comes close to these specs, I'd love to hear about it! Thanks for your time, and I'm excited to see what you've got.

I’m curious about your services. Do you offer any yearly deals? If it’s a monthly payment, I wonder if you have any special promotions for the LET community.

We do have some deals on yearly depending on what plan you're after -- what are you looking for in what location? I'll see what we can do for you

Thanks, that's pretty detailed frankly. I think the best bang for your buck would be in Montreal frankly. It's outside of the US, granted, but we could:

    • 32 GB Memory
    • 8 Cores
    • 400G SSD
    • $120/year

I'll put it on our premium transit for you as well (better peering across CA + US + EU), plus it's part of our anycast network. You should get good latency to it (feel free to ping 23.137.56.3 as an example).

Let me know if this works for you? It would be $10/mo paid annually ($120/year).

What is premium transit? Is it a paid addon? Got the previous deal on basically dedicated but barely used it yet.

Wait, what. I'm confused. 1U colo with 50 watts of power? What kind of 1U server uses a maximum of 50 watts?
