Basically Dedicated - 16 GB Memory / 8 vCores / 200 GB NVMe

Disk speed is so-so
Network is capped to 1Gb Down / 5Gb Up for the 1st 90 days (they should write it clear on the product page imho). Anyway even if I can't have an idea of the network speed performance but the ping is nothing special.

I dont think I will renew. cancelled the service

So far I am happy with Terabit. If you have some proper drama to share with regards to customer respect, please open a thread and provide some screenshots. A proper LET drama is always welcome, so please back your statements with actual proof.
