Which is more important, timeliness of service or attractive price
I recently took a ticket on Hostodo to migrate the region, and it's been almost a week now. The supplier hasn't finished yet.
As I have some emotions. Do you think which is more important? The timeliness and affordability of VPS services, or the attractive prices?

Attractive prices usually but timeliness and affordability for some projects.
Depends on what you're doing. On the job my employer favours timeliness in setup and support (they're of the "we want everything, yesterday!11!!1!" kind)
But if you're like me, I just go for the cheapest that isn't an obvios scam because I have no damn money.
Depends upon your uses and priority - cost / uptime - support
It also depends on how big the storage is.
Attractive prices to find out the provider's nasties and do idling afterward.
