Looking for VPS (or VDS) with basic GPU in HK as desktop replacement - should run Parsec

I am looking for a desktop replacement - Intended use is for trading, and a few charts / plugins get intensive - a basic entry level GPU would do.
Location: HK, or someplace that is near and has great connectivity with HK. Great if it can be accessed from Shenzhen without VPN.
Windows Server 2025
RAM 16-32 GB
GPU: Even an entry level Intel Iris XE would do - Don't need a dedicated GPU.
Ideally, would like to test it out for a day or so before committing to a monthly plan, and soon moving to a longer duration.
Budget - 30-80 USD/mo.

Currently we only have one location; Istanbul/Turkey
Your best bet would be a mini dedicated server, though sadly I cant find any cheap ones around Asia. Maybe @randvegeta have any old nodes available in this budget range?
