Anyone having issues with NATVPS.net
Their canada node had been down since Jun 25, 2025, 07:34:44 GMT+8
Contacted their support and was told that "The Canada node is currently not responding, We've identified an issue on this hypervisor and are actively looking into it."
And that was on Jun 28, until now.

No issues on my end
It's been down for almost 2 months
I shut down many of my machines when idling.
So I had it stopped. I was able to boot it and it’s running. No issues.
Maybe just ask to be moved to another node? I am in New York. I confused this with another service sorry. New York is up and fine. Maybe it isn’t oversold too bad since I shut mine off so worth asking.
Same here, my service also went down on June 25. I got a more detailed reply from support: the upstream provider suspended their entire Canada node due to copyright abuse from a user on the shared IP. They're working to get it restored.
We sent an email a while back about the situation with our Canada node to all the affected clients.
We are in contact with upstream to restore the node but unfortunately, it's a NAT service and one person's wrong-doings can affect everyone which is the case here.
Alternative locations are available until restoration of node.
I see so what can I do now? Request to switch to another location?
What location is available?
What location is available?
Yes; you can request for creation of your service in other locations.
Our support will check and let you know of available locations.
When Canada node becomes operational again, you can request for migrating back to there again.
