I'm looking for a european VPS to use it as my VPN server for personal use (1-2 devices), so the requirements are quite moderate.
- Cost: at most 5$/month
- Free trial is a must since I need to check the access to the resources I need
- CPU: 1 core
- RAM: 1 GB
- Storage: 5-10 GB
- BW: 500GB-1TB
- Speed: at least 100mbps
- Payment: crypto
I would prefer stability and consistent uptime to the specs numbers, since I plan to use it all the time and interruptions are way too annoying.

eu east is preferable but difference in ping is negligible for me compared to stability, so I consider whole Europe

I dont think they offer free trials but since I have a vps from them I can borrow you to test (I mention the fact that they offer cheap servers with vpn recipes, fast support and cheap prices like 12euros an year!!) There is no free trial but you can check a test ip and the download test from looking glass in the thread I linked. Also yabs.
Could you not also use the looking glass to check for access instead of using a free trial which limits your options for cheaper?
If you get over that requirement I'd just recommend to look no further than @ouiheberg's Marseille and only EUR10/year which is equivalent to your monthly budget times 2 months. No need to be overpaying for Europe especially since you're just using it as a VPN and don't need perf ryzens. Haven't had any downtimes and their support is great. They have fairly good peering within the EU and use CDN77 outbound which can reach a lot of exotic European locations in their private backbone.
