    That's just factually wrong, as evidenced by the fact providers give sub-assignments smaller than /64 and it works fine. Still shameful though.

    I think you should improve your site - the first link is just not relevant, because servers are not end sites. The second link is broken but the bullet points that you quoted are not relevant to servers either. Only the third part - email reputation - is good.
