WebDock is a company you should stay far away from, learn on my mistakes with them!
WebDock.io has a long track record of questionable business practices and shows little respect for its customers. The team is often quick to dismiss concerns and can even be rude, no matter how long someone has been with them. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been loyal to their service for years or just started—they make it clear your feedback won’t change how they treat you. While some might say every company has a few bad days, with WebDock.io, this pattern seems baked into how they do things.
People who want simple, honest service and basic courtesy end up frustrated and disappointed. If you care about your time or money, steer clear. There are plenty of other hosting companies that go out of their way to help and respect their customers. You deserve better service and a team that values your loyalty.

You only really mention they're rude, I think people probably put up with rudeness for a good deal. Do you have any documented service issues or anything we can get down with?
Just a bunch of words in there, show some proof. They've been flawless for me, never needed to open a ticket, abeit servers being rather on the slow side (but for the price I don't care)
