Yearly VPS dealz for test server

Hi,
Crunchbits has ended cheap yearly VPS program so my test server will ends in 2 weeks. I have check their stock and nothing is currently available. So I would like to check for offers here.
This server is for test only, I need it to closely represent my standard server, min. requirement as follow:
- 2c4g or better.
- 30GB HDD/SSD/NVME (preferred w/ 2nd drive).
- 1.5TB BW/month.
- 2x IPv4, IPv6 any range is fine.
- 1x Snapshot slot and restore on panel (no off-site/on-site backup needed).
- Location is not important, though lower ping to APAC is preferred.
As this is only for test purposes, most of the time it's idle and have a burst usage every 2-4months for, my I deal specs would be.
- 4c8g (allow bursting for approx 1-2h/2-4month, or 8h/year)
- 20GB SSD + 250GB HDD
- 8TB/Year (Yes, per year with burst usage 0.5TB in a few day during the active testing time)
Price should be 40-60$/year (2nd IP price included), +/- if you think it's too low.

No, any location should be fine.
However, I would pay more if ping to APAC is good.
