    Also is 3.6 GiB RAM normal? I know there is conversion from GB to GiB but even accounting for that it doesn't seem right

    My VPS had tons of packet loss today, as well as some errors in dmesg about "CPU stuck for 37 seconds" and such.

    I rebooted it, but it did not come back. Went to the panel to reboot from there, and now the entire panel does not work anymore.

    @Chunkserve now the VPS is down for 7 hours, ticket is not replied for 5 hours. The control panel elements in billing do not load, so there is no VNC access to check if it crashed or what. But with the panel not working it's likely a wider issue.
