    There’s no hard CPU limit. The cores are shared, and you can use full CPU performance when needed. We allow short bursts of high usage without restrictions. Sustained abusive usage (like 100% CPU load 24/7) may lead to throttling or user contact.

    Your offer is okay-ish compared to some other heavy lifters around here. That said, the VAT restriction is deal breaker for non EU citizens like me.
