    Just wanted to ask:
    – Is the 10Gbit port fair-use?
    – Are ports 443 and 80 open?
    – Is VPN (including small-scale commercial use) allowed?

    If you want to buy more traffic you can do using below link.

    This is top-up bandwidth, not monthly BW upgrade.
    You can buy like 10TB and it will be valid till that 10TB will be used fully.
    Then you can top-up again.

    Your monthly BW will stay same, each month you will get same Monthly BW.
    Top-Up bandwidth will be used only once you use 100% of given bandwidth in Plan.

    VPN for personal uses is totally fine.
    If you read TOS, it says running any proxy service is not allowed.
    Means offering any proxy service in our service is not allowed.

    A friend of mine in China is interested in setting up a VPN (like Shadowsocks or V2Ray). He is thinking of sharing it with his family and a few of his friends.
    Would this be considered "VPN for personal use", or is this "offering a proxy service"?
