Miami doesn't have nearly as many options as other big metro areas in the US, and they're more expensive. Probably going to have a hard time finding this especially with the higher storage than what most other offer. Maybe open up to somewhere close by like Jacksonville or Atlanta.
Double your budget to $24/y and I'll give you Miami 1GB RAM, 20GB NVMe, 2TB.

Thanks for your kind answer, that value gets out of my budget. Atlanta would be fine since it is a neighboring state. By 24/Yr I have seen offers with better Specs the bad thing is that they are in Europe.
@hanli29 I've been using Virmach in Atlanta, specifically their Racknerd promo. It barely fits in your budget.
I also grabbed a HostUS Atlanta instance with IPv6, but it exceeds your budget.
You may also have some luck in Flash Sales or special offers, but they do not come across that often in southern states.
Finding cheap miami VPS is hard. I got a $14/yr 2gb deal there from @SparkedPaul last LET offer...
Before them I used to use Hostodo in Miami before they chose to close Miami and move to Tampa.
Following the East coast a little would be well Florida, Atlanta and Ashburn. It is true I was reviewing the forum and there are not many options. and those that were launched were moments of promo or blackfriday.
There is a supplier pulsar67 but their prices for specs in Miami (they are very expensive for me)

I think the cheapest one I found was in Tampa at 20 USD per year for 1 CPU/2 GB of RAM/20Gb Disk during last Black Friday.
You will have to raise your budget or try your luck next Black Friday.
