Looking for Dual EPYC Dedicated Servers – Budget $30,000+/month (rent)
Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the market for high-performance dedicated servers with Dual AMD EPYC CPUs. My monthly budget is at least $30,000, and I'm looking to deploy as soon as possible.
If you have any recommendations or offers, feel free to reply here
Looking forward to your suggestions!
Best regards

To rent? How many are you after?
Yes, to rent. The quantity doesn't matter to me. I'd rather focus on availability and price.
@BharatB
We have single EPYC systems with 9274F/9374F/9474F/9275F CPU available. Partly available immediately, partly 1-2 days delivery time. Would this be an alternative to Dual EPYC systems for you?
We have dozens of EPYC systems available worldwide.
You can view some of our prebuilt configs here, all of these are instant deploy.
Wow, 30k a month! Some provider is going to be very happy! Say for argument’s sake each one is $500/m so with $30k that is about 60 servers.
You should add some more details though like minimum generation of EPYC (Rome/Milan/Genoa/Turin), expected hard drive count/size/RAID/type (NVMe/SSD/HDD). Also, what location, and do you want them all in one location or spread out? Use case would be helpful also. The more details the better to get matched up with what you need.
For me, the most important thing is that the servers are dual CPU because they usually offer the best core to dollar ratio for my use case. That is, unless the price is especially attractive.
I don't really care how many servers, what location, or which EPYC model. I just need 4 GB of RAM per core. My main priorities are competitive pricing and fast availability.
We have some Dual 9654 (2x96 core) servers we're procuring if you're not in an immediate need, we could do a pretty good deal for you with 768G memory per server (4G/core). What location are you after?
We can offer really attractive pricing per server if you’re able to sign a contract for that spend for at least 12 months. Even better pricing if you want to pay annually. Please DM me to start a conversation.
Do they all need to be all at the same location, or could they be spread around in multiple locations? We may be able to work out something that could be deployed over the next week if everything aligns with us as of now.
They can be anywhere, in multiple locations

I'd like to understand the usecase, and what kind of IP space are you expecting along with these?
Without understanding the clear specs and purpose, atleast I wouldn't know what to offer you that would best suit your usecase.
It would be helpful to know the usage case for this. We do a lot of custom builds but knowing bandwidth and drive amounts is helpful.
Feel free to shoot us off a DM or email our sales team https://purevoltage.com
For that kind of budget, which I assume is for business, I'd buy used servers (plenty of EPYC servers on ebay etc.) and drop ship to colo providers. You can then take advantage of the section 179 deduction for the year!
Renting is for people who cannot afford full servers.
I’ve conducted some tests and Ryzen CPUs with 16 cores or more perform well for my needs. Servers with fewer cores are also acceptable, but only if the price per core is proportionally lower than that of a 16-core setup. In general, for both Ryzen and EPYC processors, the most important factor for me is the price per core. As I mentioned before, my only requirement is 4GB of RAM per core. Everything else such as location or storage doesn’t matter to me — it’s all about the price. If you have any Ryzen or EPYC servers available for immediate delivery at a good price, please let me know as I’m ready to purchase everything you have available.
Thanks!
Something doesn’t add up about this… Providers tread carefully!
Congrats, this thread evolved exactly as I felt it would after reading the OP: Lots of providers basically dumping offers with the the word "Epyc" in it.
Hint: As your budget suggests that you are not looking for "funny, amazing" dedis for private enjoyment but rather for a project you might greatly benefit from asking a way more specific question and with reasonable specs.
Reason: disk speed (and size) tends to not be irrelevant at all for most projects/use cases. Same goes for connectivity. Oh, and btw, the preferred location tends to be a major criterion as well.
probably just a crypto thing, no real reason to worry unless the providers don't have the hardware already sitting. I wouldn't acquire hardware for this usecase, but if you have the hardware already it's sort of whatever.
