How long does @labze take to deal with a support request?
I put in a high priority support request yesterday morning and it still hasn't been replied to.
I let it go yesterday because apparently German/Dutch providers don't provide support at the weekend.
But we are way past midday today and still no response.

They're usually pretty quick. They sometimes answer in a couple of hours. And in my experience they're very helpful.
It probably was just because of the weekend maybe?
Maybe it was a test to see how long it would take you to post on LET.
I have messaged him he has been logged on recently.
Lets see how long till I see activity on the ticket.
Send me ticket number. I can't find the ticket with what you've sent. I can see if it is anything I can assist with fast, otherwise it'll be handled in the queue.
There is a bit of backlog due to being stuck in an airport and bad travel times.

Hmm, I'll follow up on this.
Ticket has been resolved. The storage drive couldn't be mounted from the CP but it is now present when the system is rebooted.
