hi, got netherlands VPS starting at 2.50 and dedicated servers from hetzner in germany and finland.
If you look at their Looking Glass, although it says "Haarlem", they call it "Amsterdam" and their IP addresses resolve to ones in Eygelshoven (near the German border). So maybe you're closer to Germany with them as you expect...
