I’m looking for a low-profile, crypto-only VPS provider based in Bulgaria, preferably hosted at Neterra or Telepoint.
Here’s what matters to me:
USDT/BTC/XMR payments only
No KYC / ID checks
Must be resilient to external abuse complaints, especially those arising from cultural sensitivities in parts of Asia
Fully compliant with local BG/EU laws, but no overreaction to overseas moral standards
Stable, long-running service preferred over flashy brands
Manual provisioning is totally fine

We're in the US, but accept all crypto, XMR included. We're privacy / free speech centric and you won't be banned for 'cultural sensitivities'. If it is legal per US law, it's allowed.

For this particular case, I'm specifically looking for something within Bulgaria (ideally Neterra or Telepoint) due to latency needs and certain regional considerations.

Do not use Alexhost, they will probably jump in to this thread soon, its a waste of time if you receive abuse reports. You will end up with your account terminated, in all the cases I'm familiar with, and it doesn't involve breaking the law.
Also for free speech, all the offended people have to do is cry to RETN(upstream used by both Neterra, Belcloud and Telehouse on their "default" bgp mixes), and they will null route you. Just depends if they are smart enough to do it.
If you want resilience to upstream reports, I'm not aware of such provider in Bulgaria, and I have went through many many hosts.
