Its weekend now.
Few Big company never the anwse to sales question.
Sorry it my fault for create billion of ticket to steal ur sales ticket response.
I created ticket at 2300 18th fri and get it resolve at 0700 19th sat at Germany time. I was expect it resolve on Monday.
Andreas priority tech ticket over sales ticket show that Berohost have good aftersale services and notnchasing blindly fot profit.
Totally worth for the amount you paid.
I only wish if Berohost offered more TB bandwidth with their deals (or I am misremembering)
You mean storage ? They offer extend storage upgrade via ticket as block storage i think
Sorry mate, coffee didn't kick in, I meant BW
Never see anyone upgrade more BW so i cant say but prob can upgrade via Ticket.
They have unmetered 100Mbps after u burn all ur BW so i dont think it not that much matter
With most providers, I usually see sales requests taking up to 24 hours or longer in some cases depending on the request. I generally don’t mind a slow response when it comes to sales.
Even when you are contacting Fortune 500 companies like Equinix for example, you are usually only assigned a single person to contact and their responses can take some time.
There are providers with bigger sales teams that can answer your support requests a lot quicker. However, they often cost 2-3x the price of LET providers like Bero-Host.
What really matters more is the technical support response time.
why a ticket? just buy and expect gb6 3000+ for 6 bucks!
We are happy to offer more bandwidth. Simply create a short ticket or send us a DM here on LET so that we can check your requirements.
anyway i am still very satisfied with @berohost , both in terms of performance and price they provide. We can't expect 24/7 support for that price right? As long as they don't abandon their customers...Unlike a Norwegian supplier, lol😜
@vitobotta is 'impulse' buyer of VPSes so he expects the same from sales tickets.
Priority emergency omg technical ticket no answer within 24h = red flag.
Sales ticket no answer within 24h because provider is a sane person and prioritize technical tickets first = green flag.
But yeah, this whole thing is a trade-off - you need to find small enough provider that you can actually talk with people and not just be a random number in database... but bigger than one person company. Good luck!
It doesn't really matter how long they take to respond, but how long they take to solve
You are happy to wait for a week if then the solution takes 5 mins?
Berohost is a great provider, remember that sometimes there may be a delay of a few hours, but they will always respond and help you.
do you use berohosts services?
I echo @hyperblast 's question. You are a provider yourself, right? Do you use bero-host services to be able to comment?
In Germany, we use Berohost for our nodes.
In the USA, we have our own servers hosted on Fiberstate.
Thanks for the clarification
I’m guessing you’re the type of person to mark a sales ticket as “Critical emergency” just to ask a silly question like whether the VPS supports Docker and how to install it, while expecting a five minute response time 😭. Andreas deserves a personal life. You don’t need instant replies from a budget host for a simple sales question or a basic technical one. Most lowendhosts don’t respond that quickly to sales tickets.
Also, this isn't "almost two days", it's about as much 1 day as it's 2 days.
I have an issue with a provider, the response to the ticket was very fast (about 2 minutes), but after almost 2 months the issue has still not been resolved
It's fine he probably will change provider in a week
Any time tried purchasing a service from aws/ gcp / Microsoft and how soon do they reply?
I am with @berohost and I am happy with service + support. Andreas is very helpful.
I use discord to communicate with him on their channel. May be you should ping him there too.
While we're at it, question for Bero host users,
Their last offer thread was posted eons ago. Are you guys still holding on to it?
is there any chance that I could get in on the game? My budget is no more than 8 euros a month. What can I expect?
Any side non-mainpage deal that I can dream of?
Saw some great yabs gb6 from their users so my interest is piqued.
I got in on their Birthday special and have been very happy with it. The host seems stable and fast and the one support ticket I had to make had a timely reply. I see that this offering is listed as sold out now on their website.
