How fast/slow is Bero-Host support for you these days?
I'm thinking about buying some servers from them again, so I opened a ticket yesterday to ask a few questions. No reply yet.
I used their service for a bit during that big offer a couple of years back, but I hit some problems and didn’t stick around.
Lately, though, I’ve seen folks praising the performance and all that, so I’m ready to give it another shot.

It's a one man business, so response times can vary, we are only human after all
That said, Andreas is very competent.
Customer for over a year and a half and the servers have been consistently reliable
I have seen 5% steal on my idle 10€/y package.
My soul is broken now.
Support was fast though.
Is it really a one man show?
I have yet to see someone matching the performance of bero host when it comes to 9950x. They are always a notch ahead of others.
Support is a bit slow but for that price, I'll accept.
Full time, yes, I think so.
Tanking recently, Bero-Host is a brand of them.

Sometimes it can take more time, but Andreas always answer.
One from my best VPS running well there, and the bw & ping are formidable in FRA (FRAnkfurt).
I'll try with a few small servers first, if they reply...
mine hasnt missed a beat, still solid performance. though never needed support so can't comment on that part
Their 9950X VPS performance really cannot be defeated. Ticket response is really slow, but you can consider texting them through LET or Discord.
Their response time for me is nearly 1 working day.
No replies yet so I closed the ticket and moved on.
Your ticket has already been answered.
After I closed it, unfortunately. Perhaps I will have better luck next time...
maybe get some patience? it's a sales ticket, it's not a priority issue
you created a thread on LET about slow support DAY AFTER ticket was created and day after that you close the whole ticket and STILL get a reply because of your LET thread and reply with "Perhaps I will have better luck next time..."
you're not an MJJ so why behave like one
Bro it's just 1 day......
Check his latest discussions and you will get a clear answer why. Seems this guy haven't dealt with OVH
I sent the ticket on 17.07.2025 at 23:22.
The reply came on 19.07.2025 at 11:28.
Am I wrong to expect an answer before almost two days had passed?
Yeah, your ticket on 17.07 at 11 at night won't be seen till 18.07 9 AM at best.
So you waited 24 hours to be answered.
For sales, yes.
Also, let's not remove the time for you creating the thread about it as well, that came much before the reply.
You need to work on your patience. They're humans too. Sales tickets won't be prioritized when there's more important stuff to do.
Are you expect them to reply at 01:15 18.07.2025 so it is reliable to you?
looks like berohost dodged a bullet here, you dont seem like someone a hosting service wants as a customer
You are all truly amazing!
Thanks for lecturing. I just want to say it is great that you are happy to wait more than six to eight hours for the first reply.
I know I set the ticket late at night, so we should count the night as well.
I would have been glad to hear back within six to eight hours the next morning.
It's ok to want fast support. But your expectations are too high for lowend hosting
Then you shouldn't buy hosting from cheap companies on LowEndTalk.
6-8 hours is asking too much? Really?
Yeah, I'm confident the vast majority would agree with me here. Too bad your thread didn't have a poll.
For a small company like this one, for a SALES ticket. Yes absolutely.
Andreas has the right to have a life.
If you're in a hurry, they have VPS packages available with automatic provisioning
A few days of waiting for a non-urgent ticket is totally fine.
It's Lowendtalk.
Yes, to be fair to @vitobotta - had his service been down or something, yes, I think he should have gotten a reply within this time. Just not for a sales ticket.
