    My maximum usages so far is 50 tb in a month due to websites usages and daily backups to remote nas storages

    No, I don't want to use it for bulk email but want to use it for transactional emails , sent by cpanel . It's my observation that if your ip is not clean or subnet is not clean, unable to use that server for sending orders emails of websites
