Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA. But I hope it will not take more than 1-2 weeks. The datacenter needs to change some intermediary routers to give us IPv6 connectivity.

We have stopped order in the Netherlands, because we want to move to another datacenter. We have some issues with our current setup and the provider is not so responsive and helpful, so we have decided not to promote this location anymore, until we move to a new location.

@jenzen what do you mean by no one cared about your ticket? I was personally in contact with you during all the time you kept negotiating and trying to get more than what was offered, in the end your ticket meant for our team to relocate 4 VPS servers and manually create two other for you because you ordered in one location and wanted one in each location. If you ask me we and above and beyond with your ticket. It's true some tickets were delayed , some because there were wrongly assigned, some because we are a small team and didn't get a chance to get to each ticket, none of this include your case.

stuff does happen, however I've had servers with this host and they are always responsive to us and made their best effort I feel.
