heartbeat-it seems to be going through network issues

I'm seeing up to 95% packet loss to both my Stockholm VPS and my.heartbeat-it.com (IP: 185.153.55.57). Anyone else is experiencing this?
Seems like my.heartbeat-it.com is also hosted in Stockholm, so I can't even open a ticket with them

Their uplink is AS3399 (Obenet), we face same problem. I suspect that Obenet network (or someone amongst their downstream) is under attack
Time is in UTC, rx/tx of our port with AS3399, problem started to occur at 07:37 UTC+0 as per monitoring
Thanks! Just migrated a Virtfusion install over to my insane deal with you, I have 101 issues right now (not with your service, just with the infra at work) and I saw some connection issues between Virtfusion and my HV, glad I may focus on the other 100 issues instead of debugging this
Thank you. Yeah, that seems to be the case, my ISP (AS1257) is now null-routing OBE, but I can reach it from Netcup and Hetzner just fine.

They actually have a status page https://status.privex.io/ I wonder if at this point their IP ranges are getting nullrouted, to save other customers.
