I'm not a provider and don't have either lots of experience setting up nodes nor some panel licenses, etc. So, kindly give me a couple of days to set everything up ...

What I can already tell you is that I'll use only a minor part of that server for myself. About 3/4 (or a bit more, we'll see) will be handed out for free, of course to some LETsters in the form of VDS. - and I mean relatively beefy ones. My current (not yet fully calculated through) plan is to hand out 4vCore, a good amount of memory (4 GB if possible), a decently sized boot/OS disk plus a generously sized storage drive. Traffic volume obviously will be unlimited, well, within the limits of the adapter/uplink plus fair use (I want every user to have decent bandwidth).
My rules will be simple but quite hard that is, absolutely no illegal stuff, absolutely no shady stuff like e.g. massive port scanning. and not behaving like a hog aka recklessly using way more than one's share of resources.
Who will get a free VDS? Not yet decided; probably a mixture of lottery, first come first serve, and (very limited) hand picking (obviously if some highly regarded user like say, @raindog308, @Falzo, or @Neoon wants one he'll get one). More details once I - and the VDS - are ready.
How many? Can't tell yet because I don't have/know all details yet. Bandwidth probably will be a major (limiting) factor. What I can say is that no matter what, the major part of that server will be given away as VDS to LETsters with some basic conditions like min. 1 year here, min x (like '100', largely meme/image-free i.e. real) comments, etc.
Please, DO NOT YET HIT ME WITH DMs! If you do, not only will they be ignored but they'd actually decrease your chance (remember? I want well behaved, easy users); one exception: users like the above mentioned.
I have enough stuff to worry about and to do now. Once everything is ready I'll publicly "open the games" and let you know.

While I do not "love myself some IP4 NAT" but actually feared that I would have to hand out at least some NAT'ed VDS, I can confirm, that @Verasel was very generous also in that regard, we do have enough IPs.
