Looking for storage

Following on from my previous request I'm now looking for some additional storage, this will be for off site backups and some other personal content/Linux ISO's 😎 (nothing shared publicly, everything locked down to local access only via next cloud and plex).
I'm looking for the following:
Between 5 and 10TB space.
2 GB RAM
10TB+ bandwidth
Fair share CPU 2+ cores (doesn't need dedicated but would be happy with dedicated)
KVM or Xen, no openvz etc
Location isn't that important but UK/EU a bonus
SMTP blocked is also fine as I will not be sending any emails.
Full root access required so no shared storage boxes.
1IPV4 as isp doesn't support ipv6 🤦 but would consider a host that provides a method to access ipv6 without a dedicated ipv4 as I just need to be able to access the storage, no webserver will be running, need to be able to mount the storage on my local Synology or other local network devices.
