For reseller accounts, can clients under the reseller have SSH access?
Does this web hosting support PHP's proc_open() function?
That would be upto you, whether you wish to enable the option for your clients or not. But the option is available for all resellers. If not you can always open a ticket and we'll enable it for you.

In the Aspire dashboard, even though it's within the current month, my DA resale service is listed as "cancelled." We received an email from hostcheaply.com saying the service was migrated, but when accessing the dashboard, the DA doesn't work, and the IP addresses provided don't match the domain location.
The $5/month price offered is also showing up in the new dashboard as $27.99 USD.
Terrible experience. Thankfully, we didn't migrate anything functional to the platform; we kept it for practically the entire month just for testing.
I hope the original host responds.

I have a service with Aspire in Dallas. I got the "change of name" email stating the new name is HostCheaply.com No problems with that.
Now the pricing shock... Yes new site shows a much higher price, but their email FAQ #2 did say to reach out to their support when I get my renewal and they will adjust back to original pricing.
Also I see they are moving from DALLAS to Manassas. Where the flip is Manassas? I see there is one in Virginia...
We are to expect a 6 hour transfer time later today. I suspect they are simply going to unplug the present box and fly it to Virginia and plug it back in. That would take about 6 hours...
Some truth and full disclosures would be nice!
Unbelieveably dodgy, they might as well say "we're massively increasing everyones renewals and hoping that you wont notice until it's too late, if you have noticed please contact us and we'll revert it!"
