  • This looks like a deliberate delay. I read a messages that the server is issued on the last 14th day.

    Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it, I'll try to explain the situation:

    • Courier delivers the package = Servers delivered

    • Courier takes so long because they use the horse instead of the plane = servers delivered late (the deadline was today, so we still have time)

    Our goal is to always deliver them as quickly as possible, but this can happen, it cannot be ruled out, which is why we set an estimated delivery within 14 days and not before.

    But according to the phrasing in the offer, I understood the 14 days to be the upper limit and fixed, and the variability only concerning that it might be delivered earlier.

    Also, instances of other lines were being sold in the meantime, with at least the L3 variant said to be same as the E3 variant. I.e., it seems the infrastructure was there, but sold otherwise, rather than completing the pending orders for the L line. So it seems it was your choice NOT to complete the L orders.

    Additionally, I guess this is not the first time you go through the motions, so why do you keep choosing a courier that uses horses instead of the plane? Or why, when knowing that, this is not reflected in a more realistic promised delivery time, accounting for potential delays?

    We give a precise time limit by which the servers can be delivered, in 6 months we have never delayed delivery by a single day in all the offers made.

    You also clearly show that you don't understand how we work. We periodically restock all our old offers. What's the problem? I really don't understand your point, Why would I want to deliberately delay server delivery? What's in it for me? Besides daily complaints and endless tickets?

    Regarding the courier: our supplier who supplies us with SSDs only ships to Italy, while the other components are easily shipped directly to the DC, This package must go from Italy to Italy to Amsterdam, So for this it is a very long situation, but we are already looking for a faster alternative.

    Anyway, just so you know, the last package just arrived in DC, and after the maintenance that will take place today, the servers will also be delivered, as the technicians will be carrying out various works.

    I'm not speaking against you, but in general, since these things have been told to us by several people, I would like to clarify once and for all.

    As long as the delivery time hasn't exceeded the window you haven't been duped and it's probably best to mentally add a day or two just in case.

    Them selling stock from previous offers has nothing to do with current offer so you haven't been duped.

    Manage feelings and save words like duped for when you really need them!

    I understand your frustration, but we really try to do our best to make you all happy, it is not a question of money or anything else, because i assure you, that if we wanted to be only focused on money, These offers would never have happened.

    We get tickets and complaints from people who want the server delivered immediately since day 1, so we don't even pay much attention to it anymore, we do the best we can with what we have.

    No problem, the servers will be delivered in 2-3 hours maximum.

    Hey, dude, relax. This is awesome promo price, for the awesome server, I believe you can wait a little bit more. Delivery delay some times happens, this is not a surprise. No one stopped you from asking to replace your L server to E server. This was only your choose. Anyway they did it in promised period.

    As I understand, they order a server (hardware) and start sell it, when hardware came, all capacity already sold out and you get you VPS. If you do not ready to wait, open a ticket and ask your money back, but I believe it very hard to find something like that. Try to find out good VPS with v4/v6 10G Unmettered for 12-15euro.

    I got my VPS, had small issue of ipv4 not being assigned,

    Opened ticket within 5 minutes got resolved.

    Are you block vpn?
    Wireguard not worked without reasons.
    Vps from other hosters works well with same os and install script.

    I'm very happy guys, even while we had a minor misunderstanding last time (Ticket: 864592). Low price and true, people have to wait or sometimes there is a way to speed things up a bit - like how we resolved the minor misunderstanding.

    When it comes to the deal as well customer support , it's awesome! As long as both parties won't become personal, stay professional and understand each other.

    As for the pre-order, I do kinda understand why it's pre-order now... it's expensive to have servers standing still or let them do almost nothing... so instead to have a bunch of servers running beforehand, you guys would like to be sure their all filled with customers as much as possible. Else it would cost us (the customer) a bunch more money. So i get it :-)

    So for those questioning... pay a bunch more to have it instant delivered, or pay less and wait a bit longer... eventually it does get delivered!

    Keep going on this way guys (M & A and maybe others)...
