I am not a customer (yet) but can vouch that they have good support staff. I reached out after the 4th July sale for a custom VPS and they were kind enough to offer a plan. Unfortunately I needed more space and they don't have HDD plans so it didn't work out. Given the benchmarks from their last thread I believe the performance too is great. So do give them a shot.

The I/O and CPU are lightly capped to ensure fair usage across all users on the node, but they’re more than enough for typical workloads like websites, game servers, or development environments. We don’t impose aggressive limits unless abuse or excessive resource consumption is detected.
