Up and down not but today it was down for 04 hour(s), 27 minute(s) and 12 second(s).

  • It's 123Systems, what did you expect? :)

    Thanked by 1Aldryic

what I paid for. read their policy.

    @Les not only today.

  • my vps in online though. 99.86 uptime.

  • @OneTwo Unless they have changed their ways, good luck contacting support about their SLA.

  • Mine went offline 16 times since first of March.

may be i am lucky to be on their stable nodes or watever. Support is a pain though. many people jump in and give their own answers and then they close themselves when they think its enough.

  • @peppr screenshot of a support ticket?

  • .......and they IO is awesome:

    201326592 bytes (201 MB) copied, 15.8683 s, 12.7 MB/s

  • What a shame. My VPS on their node VZ66DLTX down for about 10 hours now. No people answering my ticket.

    Ya it is . :D !

  • @seikan said: node VZ66DLTX

mine is VZ65DLTX. we are neighbours ;) their support is like that. they will hide under the blanket until server is up. ;)

  • 123Systems has been known to have terrible support and slow nodes

  • InfinityInfinity Member, Host Rep

I have seen good support with them before, and some nodes aren't as slow.

  • vedranvedran Veteran

Haven't had too much need to contact their support, so I don't know about that

    IO is ok-ish

    :~# dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync
    16384+0 records in
    16384+0 records out
    1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 36.9095 s, 29.1 MB/s

Uptime is good for me (node VZ21DLTX)

    ~# uptime
     11:20:19 up 87 days, 4:09, 1 user, load average: 0.10, 0.08, 0.03

I don't have monitoring system there, but it could be they are having network hiccups again.
