Our system manager that we hired a few weeks ago is setting it up for manual orders. Will show in the next hour max. Apologies - I'll reply here when we have confirmation it's up. It's set to out of stock due to high amount of automation built into it that needs to be untangled for today.
Trying to avoid people getting their VM without upgrades and then we have to delete and rebuild after they started using it.

Apologies. We were switching Albania over to manual and had to do some creative maneuvering. Albania packages were setup a long time ago and were entirely ingrained into an automation process that couldn't be easily broken. We ended up setting up new plans and doing a hard redirect at edge to the new ones.

Sorry, London isn't an owned server like Albania with bills paid 2 years in advance - we cannot do "unsustainable deals" in London like we can with Albania due to costs overhead there.
On Albania we have a lot more flexibility as we own the hardware, we pay bills years in advance, and we own the IPs and all there.

Try clicking Debian and it will ask you to type OS. If you're seeing 0 Available, something didn't redirect correctly to the new order page for manual setups - you may have already been to page in past and had it cached so it didn't pickup the 301 redirect. You might should clear cache and try again.

No. There is no stock control on them. So there definitely isn't out of stock. Clear cache and try again. Or try the Debian link. It doesn't matter if you choose Ubuntu or Debian. It'll redirect to same page with manual setup and a spot to put the OS you want.
