A valid question, but no ... I'm watching logs at my MX and seeing other stuff come thru, and my test msg for my alias came thru, but no verification email ... altho now it has let me place my order, so I guess I'm OK ... and my receipt came thru (from stripe tho)

Roughly four hours ago, there was a brief network outage affecting our server in Tampa.
The web console seems fine.
I bought a server and have been waiting several days for activation. Support isn't responding. What's the problem???
