If it wasn’t Singapore I could. Can’t offer anything good since my Singapore game servers run on 7900 and I can’t do 300GB+ NVME for a single MC server there. Tough location to offer game servers cheaper due to the network provider I use.

Hi! Does it need to be a VPS, or are you also OK with a game panel? On LumaBlast we have Minecraft hosting that should match or even exceed your performance requirements: we have AMD Ryzen 7950X up to 5.7GHz, NVMe SSD Gen 4, DDR5 5600MHz ECC - but it's through a game panel and only in Bucharest, Romania for now. For LumaDock we don't have Ryzens. Storage is fine - unmetered.
We can't beat light speed to match your ping unfortunately, but I hope it's under 120ms. We have customers in Canada & US west coast that play, so I'm curious to see what ping you get - there's a widget on the homepage that displays your latency.
You mentioned 16GB RAM, so a 16GB RAM Minecraft server would be $32 for the first month, renewing at $40
