Netcup CCP – not receiving 2FA email?

Hi everyone,

is anyone else currently having trouble logging into the Netcup CCP (Customer Control Panel)?

I'm getting the usual 2FA prompt after entering my login credentials, but the verification email never arrives. I've checked spam/junk folders, tried resending multiple times, but nothing shows up.

Wondering if it's just me or a broader issue on their end.

    No e-mail here either within 2 minutes.
    Seems like "theirs" problem rather than yours :D

  • Same, no email in ~2 minutes.

  • Still nothing.

    You can avoid this step by configuring a two-factor token in your master data.

    Gonna do this first thing tomorrow.

    I got a phishing email from “Netcup” today. It was asking me to renew a domain, but the domain is hosted on another server, not with netcup. It’s not even got like an a record pointing to netcup and it’s not the most obvious domain they could have used.

    The email address was not netcup, it was from [email protected]

  • I got same Email also for a domain that is not even registered with NetCUP.
