No replies to my ticket since July 8th.
No double resouces since July 6th - at least, nobody reported since then neither did Chunk reply on those requests...
Questions here and there on LET remain unanswered... however, account is still active on LET (Last Active 8:15PM).
Ordered a bunch of these (the previous models/specials, i should say) for the last black Friday deal. When they were online they were decent - but it wasn't uncommon for them to either get turned off or drop network fairly frequently, usually for short periods, but still. Support was hit or miss, either fairly quick or needed several pokes here on LET to get moving. Rebuilds got stuck fairly often and required support intervention. Good prices and nice specs when they work, but kinda feels like a small shop that's a little overwhelmed at the moment. In the end I moved on and cancelled most of mine. No ill will at all to Chunkserve, I appreciate the offers and wish them the best - might just need to slow down a bit on the new VMs so they can perfect/support the existing ones... or get some extra help.
