    Ok, got this baby box:
    Intel 5115, 128G, brand new 2x2T 990 pro, 16x12T HDD in raid60 (equivalent 12x16T), 25G for $146,1 (and after 6 months for $292,2/mo):

Yabs for 990 raid1 (mdadm rebuild in progress, no IPv6 out-of-the-box, sysctl out-of the box).

IMO amazing deal / server / Dan.

First time touching such an expensive (?) and powerful (storage-wise) server, if to be honest.

Sorry, not unmetered. I meant to say 25Gbps full speed/guaranteed until the quota of 1000 TB is used?

  • Nvm, your website answers my question.
    Ordner No OS250691 :)

  • Questions to clients and Dan:

    1) Can you provide IPv6? Via ticket?
    2) Dan, I see that if I pay quarterly, I can get a 5% discount. Can I combine the 5% discount for the quarter with this deal? In my example, prepay ($ 146, 1*3) -5% = $416.385?
    3) Guys, we have iDARC exposed to the internet. How can we protect this? I don't want to be ransomed.
    4) Dan, what about a private LAN? I don't need it right now, I'm just asking. For example, I want to connect 1-2-3 servers in the internal LAN. Is it possible somehow?

  • do you offer any sofware like tennantos to manage servers and easily format and reinstall them?

    1. Yes IPV6 enablement is available via raising a ticket. No fees for this of course.
    2. Yes you can combine this. You will be able to see this once you add the voucher before checkout.
    3. iDrac9 has a in built firewall function where you can specify a list of remote IP's and or subnets. If you want further security you can raise a ticket to disable the iDrac network port and enable on demand.
    4. This is not available through our online dedicated servers but if you send me a pm with your requirements I can put together a quote.

    Hope this helps.

What license is installed in iDRAC on your Dell R740xd servers.
    Is the virtual console available?
And the discounts are only available until July 18?

  • @kik said: What license is installed in iDRAC on your Dell R740xd servers.

    Enterprise

@kik said: Is the virtual console available?

Yep, I installed my own os from ISO via virtual console.

All invoice ID's posted will be processed and the promo end date will be updated in peoples control panels before the end of the month.

hello, our dedicated servers have 1 power connection by standard. We try to deliver excellent value for money. If you prefer customisation of the server or additional parts not listed on our website then we can always quote these if you raise a ticket.
