Low spec VPS - Large Storage

Looking for a VPS with pretty low specs but decent network throughput and 1TB (or similar) storage.
The primary use of this will purely be as an rclone cache for an external remote. The only person accessing the data is me for backup purposes. I don't even really need an IPV4 as I will connect it to a VPN for access.
RAM: Ideally 1 - 2 GB
Storage - 500GB - 1TB
Connectivity - I only have 600mb broadband at home and will be throttled on the rclone remote anyways. So anything reliable with matching upload / download.
Location: I am located in the UK. UK / Europe is ideal. I would rather not use American if possible due to added latency.
