I would like to purchase a dedicated server from you, and my monthly budget is up to $150.
I have a few requirements and would appreciate it if you could let me know whether they can be fulfilled:
During the first month, I will need to change the IP address on the dedicated server multiple times (possibly up to 20 times or less. This is only and just for first month).
If you can provide IP addresses from different ranges, that would be perfect.
Traffic should be 1 Gbps unlimited, or at least 330 TB per month.
The network port should be 10 Gbps.
The dedicated server network should be separate from the VPS network.
I’m okay with servers located in France, the UK, the Netherlands, or Germany.
Please let me know if this is possible and what options are available.

It sounds a little strange
There are strict restrictions imposed on certain IP addresses and ranges outside our country by our national firewalls. We need to test several IPs to find one that works from within our country; otherwise, the server would be useless for us, and we’d waste money for nothing. This issue is definitely caused by our country’s firewalls and is not a problem with your network at all.
