Ok, not a very good situation here. Got the sale server and a few days ago it went down. Support confirmed there was a problem with that node and it will be fixed by the end of that day. On the next day the server was still down. I bumped the ticket and was told that my server has been moved to a new node and was up and running. I tried to connect but it was not working, so I bumped the ticket again and was told to try again since they changed my root password (why?). I finally connected but did not find my files and bumped the ticket again. Was told the hard drive failed and my data is gone.
I understand my data is my responsibility but I think you guys need to improve communication. As of now, I still have not seen an email saying your data is gone, which, in my opinion, is pretty serious situation @DartNode
