I’m currently looking to set up a small proxy hosting system and need to start with a minimum of 2 slabs, with the ability to expand as demand increases.
Minimum Requirements (Per Slab):
• 2 CPU cores
• 4 GB RAM
• 10 GB NVMe storage
•. 1 IP
• 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps uplink
Important: Bandwidth Policy
Please do not list offers with vague terms like “unmetered” or “unlimited” bandwidth. I kindly ask that all offers include:
• Hard limit (in TB or GB)
• Soft cap, if applicable (e.g., speed throttling or fair use thresholds)
This helps me manage my usage accordingly — I aim to stay under 80% of the defined soft/hard bandwidth limits, so transparency here is crucial.
What We Will NOT Host (Strict Policy):
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or malicious content. The following are strictly prohibited, and we will fully cooperate with any abuse reports or law enforcement:

❌ Non-consensual content (revenge pn etc.)
❌ Bestiality, extreme violence, or other forms of illegal pnography
❌ Hacking tools, phishing kits, malware, keyloggers, carding-related content

❌ Spam tools, spoofing, or bulk mail exploits
While we do allow user uploads, we actively moderate and immediately remove any content that violates these rules. We take all abuse notices seriously and act promptly.

$5–$7 per slab/VPS, ideally with Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) billing for bandwidth. I do not want networks that get throttled during peak hours — stable performance is important for user experience. The server location should be DMCA-ignored or DMCA-tolerant, but rest assured: while we understand the nature of takedown requests, we are fully willing to cooperate and act on legitimate complaints.
What amount of bandwidth in TB are you expecting for $5 to $7?
I understand that pricing and bandwidth models may vary depending on the provider. While we’re starting with 2 slabs, we’re targeting a total budget of $10–$14/month (i.e., $5–$7 per slab). That said, we are flexible — if the pricing or included bandwidth doesn’t align exactly, we are open to alternative arrangements, including:
• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) billing for any extra bandwidth usage
• Commitment-based models where speed is reduced after the cap is reached, rather than the slab/VPS being suspended or terminated
• Tiered or burstable bandwidth options, as long as they are clearly defined
We’re not expecting “unlimited” bandwidth — just clarity and fairness. If a soft/hard cap is in place, we’re happy to stay within it or pay for reasonable overages. What matters most is avoiding hard throttling during peak hours and ensuring no sudden termination due to bandwidth limits

If bandwidth is depleted, your server will be throttled to 10Mbps until either a new month cycle or additional bandwidth is purchased.
We do not ignore DMCA requests nor will we take direct action if the service is hosted in Nigeria. However, we do abide by NDPA meaning any DMCA requests will be forwarded to the user to act upon as they see fit.
