@layer7 (https://layer7.net/cloud-server) is also a nice provider if you can live with a bit lower IO limits (100 IOPS/75 MB/s).
@host_c does not allow porn from my understanding, donnow about @layer7 but I do recommend both.

As for @host_c , they don't allow such content. I know one other provider in Romania which has no issue with hosting porn although I wouldn't trust them with uptime and reliability.
