What we're wanting:
- Small to medium sized companies (< $1.5M USD/year in revenue)
- cPanel & DirectAdmin heavily preferred though we'll consider others
- Wordpress stand alone hosting
- Email hosting (depending on how the inboxes/domains are sold)
- Companies looking to carve out their Shared / Reseller hosting business from their other operations
- Recurring/stable revenue (read: minimal lifetime)
What we don't want:
- Unsustainable deals or offers where we won't see any revenue for years to come
- Heavy 'lifetime' or 'one time' offers
- Nulled licenses being used
