getting cc spammed by WHMCS installations

I seem to be getting CCed spammed by WHMCS tickets.

The culprit appears to be opening tickets at DomainRacer/ExonHost/Nethosted and CC spamming random hosting related domains support/initial contact emails.

Wondering if anyone else is getting this?

    Yeah they are bypassing captcha! in this way they do marketing

    Disable it tickets for guests and allow it for clients.
