how to report someone sell servers and promise to allow layer7 attacks

My website was recently attacked by layer7, and I find the attack server provider is https://www.ipvps.us/index.php?rp=/store/layer7-kvm-vps and the owner is @sswc01 and his channel @sswcnet. Apparently he is selling servers to layer7 attacks, and offering proxies and scripts for free.
Then I find the source asn is by https://my.unrealservers.net/index.php?rp=/store/dedicated-servers
I posted a support ticket on this website to explain the abuse, but to my surprise, there was no response and the ticket was closed. It seems that the owner of the data center and the person who performed the layer7 attack had already reached a mutually satisfactory deal.
I'm looking for effective ways to ban them.

    I mean, ok our username here is @layer7 but aside of that i dont see any connection between us and this offer ( what ever is sold there, my chinese/japanese/what ever kanjie stuff skills are non existent ^^; )

    yes i am probably not a bad target for that...

    And well, i must admit that i did not really try that. I like the taste of Baileys... unfortunately its not offered without alcohol ;)

    I also do like frangelico. I think both are based on hazelnut.

    But i can not really drink this. Which means that maybe 1/2 of one of this small glases they use for shot's is enough for the whole socializing event for the whole evening/night.

    Maybe i am a hopeless case....

    If you know the provider /asn that allows this simply put all ranges of ips from their ASN in your drop list

    If you use Cloudflare, block the ASN directly

    Just get a DDoS Protection and you dont need to care about such hoster. Mostly its useless to waste your time with things like that.
