Been using them for like over a year already since it was mentioned in some megathread. Couldn't be happier, to be honest, never expected such reliable service in Bangladesh. I've ticketed once or twice, and they all got handled very quickly & nicely, including a move to BD DC2 when I wanted (for redundancy reasons) since I had 2 VMs in the same DC.
They have their own integration of VirtFusion and seems to work quite good. Would still love to have VirtFusion access directly, but this is fine enough for me.
Only big downtime was unfortunately due to Bangladesh shutting down all the internet, but you can't really do anything about that.
That’s a very valid concern — and yes, we’re well aware of what happened during the internet blackout from July 18 to August 5, 2024. Unfortunately, during that time, full BGP announcements were withdrawn.
That said, the situation was unprecedented and largely driven by the actions of the previous government — which, as you know, is no longer in power.
We’re hopeful for a more stable environment going forward, but we’re also actively exploring out-of-country control redundancy and better upstream diversity to minimize future disruption if such extreme events occur again. Appreciate you asking — we take resiliency seriously.
