Is this a mistake or it's expected ?

Same. I'm curious about this as well - was expecting EPYC

    very nice seller.
without giving any reason. well done.
    stay away.

have you waited for a response on your ticket, or are you just spouting random shit as you wait

    expected.
after I wrote here, two tickets were answered and asked for verification.
the reason is to show this.
from the beginning they deleted the server and after I wrote here, the ticket was answered and returned.
now when I wrote here the second time, they saw it and asked for verification.
    childish behavior, my friend.

Your multiple tickets were in our queue, merged together, and you received already a response before the ID verification request as we reviewed your order.

There was a few which got deployed on Xeons, as we have Xeons in our fleet. VirtFusion decided to put them there... just slap open a ticket and I'll move things around as we work down the queue.

  • I opened a work order to resolve the fraud issue, but was informed that the order could not be restarted, meaning I could not purchase?

    Hi,

We're actually doing away with the dual network option, and will be giving everyone premium transit in the coming weeks.

If you were asked to verify ID, then your order can proceed after verification or you opt to pay in crypto to avoid ID verification (disables PayPal, Stripe, Wire Transfer, Wise options).

    childish behavior, my friend.

I’m sorry, but the only childish behavior I see here is you bashing a provider just because they didn’t respond to your ticket five seconds after you sent it.

I’ve been waiting over a week for a different provider to read my ticket for a transfer, and here I am still waiting patiently without bashing the provider. I think you can afford to wait a few hours. (Silvercreek responded to your ticket very fast though, no?)

This likely means you don't have an order that went through (e.g., stopped by anti-fraud system) and any charge you see is a hold -- but send me a message with your account email and I'll have a look for you.

We can provide a free BGP session in any of our locations. If you'd like it announced under DP, we charge a one-time fee of $25 as it's cost-recovery only.
