[Request]Regarding Affordable Used Server Providers in the United States

I want to buy a server in the US for colocation, but after checking eBay, I was shocked by those "horrifying" prices.
I urgently need to know: Are there any affordable used server providers in the US?
My required configuration:
1U server (Dell R640)
Dual Gold 6148/6152
1TB RAM
1 x 3.84TB NVMe U.2 SSD
Dual-port 10G NIC (fiber)
2 x 750W redundant PSUs
Rails (mandatory)
If anyone can provide information, I'd sincerely appreciate it!
As of now, my eBay account has been suspended. I only sent two messages in total—fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk!

Scott at @CloudNinjas is a pleasure to work with. His email is [email protected]
Reach out to him.
You forgot that I purchased a server from your company.
WebNX has a server parts/building brand but I don't remember the name. Send them a message maybe.
I couldn't find anything useful on their website.
Thank you @EthernetServers
Yeah just email them, I don't have their ebay/website saved. Just giving you an option but I can't look through a year of emails to find it now.
@JoshR May have few servers
He feels that purchasing it separately without hosting it at his location poses too much risk for him.
This seems like a weird config for 1TB of RAM.
