Cheap VPS Recommendation?

I'm looking for a new VPS and would appreciate your recommendations or any direct offers. I'm searching for an alternative to providers like Contabo, hoping to find a similar resource-to-price ratio.
My requirements are as follows:
- CPU Cores: 4 Cores (Fair share is acceptable)
- RAM: 8 GB
- Storage: 100 GB+ (NVMe/SSD is highly preferred)
- Bandwidth/Traffic: 1TB+ @ 1Gbps
- Location: Open to any location, though EU or North America are slightly preferred.
- Virtualization: KVM
- Budget: Around $5 USD/month (Willing to pay annually for a better deal)
- Payment Method: PayPal or Credit Card
My primary use case will be for personal projects, some development work, and running a few non-critical services.
I understand my budget is very tight for these specifications, but I'm open to special promotions, annual deals, or offers from newer providers.
