No. Just buy netcup, they likely the cheapest you can find that is still very reliable and won't deadpool tomorrow.
If you decide to go with a cheap deal from LET, take regular backups, unlike that random dude who didn't have any backups for 6 years of his important stuff and then came to LET asking what he should be doing.

I never said 25€ per year, that was for some other vps, I quoted netcup's 12€ per month price in a comment, couldn't edit the post anymore
It's actually one of the best performing VPS I have for the price, also the control panel is very advance you can tweak almost anything. Didn't see another provider doing such a good job.
