    another server inaccessible. Now i know this is unreliable provider.

    07:04:36 up 1 day, 15:48, i never reboot my vps, but its uptime is only 1 day, and all service is down.. and they never explain anything to customer.

    Hey, if it's node03, there was planned maintenace scheduled. It lasted +-35min and was needed to ensure long-term stability. If it's different node, please open a ticket with us! Will be happy to see what happened and compensate!

  • I think I'm a lucky guy. I was looking for a good VPS offer and accidentally found this topic. And even though all the services have been sold out for a long time, I was lucky. One service was still available - Xeon Yearly Deal 1 @ LET for €11.99EUR per year (apparently, someone refused). I immediately placed an order. I bought the last offer and now I have a good VPS at a good price.

    Regarding PL, we received today large carpet-bomb DDoS attack (filling entire port), we were working with our upstream in mitigating that. We didn't received such attack before, currently planning network capacity upgrade + external DDoS protection service. There were couple of new tickets about the PL, and we replied to it ;)

    I've tried in the beginning. Even had contact with their network provider. In the end things are going better and worse repeatedly, and to be honest, I've got more to do as to help beginning providers when the response is "meh" at best.

    My VPS was down back on August 5th, so I made a ticket. The VPS eventually came back up a few hours later. There is no reply of any kind to the ticket, including up to right now, 5 days. Just sits there Open, I was not closing it curious if you come around to ask "we see it is fine right now, can you confirm" or the like.

  • So, now I faced it as well. Second day offline, support non-existence as other people reported. Shame, when it works, it is a good server.
